With a career in the technology industry that spans nearly two decades, Jason Wodicka has successfully taken on several different roles. They've worked as a teacher, test engineer, development engineer, and staff software engineer for Amazon, Microsoft, University of Washington, and Instructure.
Jason now works at Karat, the world's largest technical interviewing company. As the company's Principal Engineering Advocate, they work to open doors in tech by creating a more equitable, predictable, and enjoyable technical interview process. Jason holds a master's degree in Cognitive Science and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology — both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
