Alisha Baral

Alisha brings several years of relevant work experience in the industry to the CODE Staffing team. Over the course of her career, she has honed her skills in data management, analysis, and visualization, working on projects of varying sizes and complexity. She is skilled in data-related technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL. She has also taken additional courses in data science and machine learning, further bolstering her expertise in these areas.

Notable achievements in her career include developing a data pipeline that significantly reduced processing times for a client, as well as implementing a data visualization tool that improved the decision-making process for a team of business analysts. Her work has also been recognized by industry peers, with several publications citing her contributions and accomplishments.

In her current role, Alisha focuses on developing software applications and systems that manage and process large and complex data sets for our clients. She also helps with designing, building, testing, and maintaining the infrastructure and software components that are used to collect, store, and analyze data at scale.

In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, travelling and cooking.
